Kami-no-kuroi-namida

After reading 's journal about art thieves, I decided to check whether somebody else had used my art without permission.

I should tell beforehand that I'm not stingy about private use, meaning if one shares the picture in a forum to contribute to a theme like "beautiful flowers on the web", I won't feel wronged in any way, as long as the person doesn't claim to have taken it by himself and doesn't try to sell them.

However I decided after this incident to watermark my images in order to prevent them from getting used without crediting me, I hope you aren't too upset about this.

Searching one's pictures works like this:

1. visit Google.com

2. Go to the page of the photo you want to search and click "show image"



3. Copy the link which you received and paste it into google

in my case:

4. This page should open, click "search by image" - circled red



5. Now you can browse trough the results and be happy if there are few ( if no art thieves were involved up to 2 pages can be normal, especially if it got featured by some other deviantartist)

This was my most-stolen work and it got 4.



Most interesting results:

1) a South-Korean blog-website featuring some pictures as a love declaration, including mine

Dear watchers and friends,

after being quite passive for the last 2 months, I proudly announce my return and the end of my bachelor thesis (which effectively kept me from pursuing my passion of flower photography in editing).

Therefore a little "warning". To cure my withdrawal signals from not being able to take and edit pictures, you'll see many new/old edited works in the next few weeks from me. I hope you won't mind

Actually my studies are almost over and the only thing remaining is a tiny exam on banking regulations. However I am puzzled about my future. To be honest, I'd rather become a professional photographer than work in a financial institution. As I know that this is currently impossible I'll try to find what my family would consider a "stable and reliable" source of income and try to do find some work practice as a photographer. Sacrificing 3 years of studies would be totally reckless from my part, wouldn't it?

Well, time to slack off is over for me. Now it's Bachelor thesis time + presentations + exams + trying to apply for an internship....




So before I drown myself in work, I decided to do a roses feature, which I had already announced to      



Hope you all like this feature just as much as the last one & wish me perseverance for the next few month, I'll definetely need it.

This saturday I went to a flower park in the Netherlands called Keukenhof featuring the largest selection of tulips, orchids and daffodils.
Though my daffodil pictures didn't turn out good, I will be uploading soon some of my best tulip and orchid captures.

After seing a beautiful flower collection of on her journal I decided to present you with my own selection of tulips in order to celebrate these lovely plants which captured my heart.
